Narooma

Okay, We're back in business!!!  I will try to recall our trip from mid-December.  It seems like such a long long time ago now!

This is Fergus and Fiona enjoying a nice cuppa in Mogo (aka Mojo!).  It's about 20 minutes southwest of Bateman's Bay; a quaint little town.

We arrived in Narooma a few hours later.   Narooma is derived from an Aboriginal word meaning Land of Many Waters.  It was beautiful and we enjoyed a splendid weekend there!!

Narooma Surf Beach -

Glasshouse Rock -

Australia Hole -

We were spoiled at the Bateman's Bay Big 4 park with the cabins being so new.  We had a much older cabin in Narooma but the views were awesome!!

Feerless Lorikeets

Forsters Bay - We had brunch at Quarterdeck Marina.  What a view!!  The food was great and the place was very relaxing.

We walked from Narooma to Bar Beach - across the bridge and along the boardwalk.

Bar Beach -

Tilba Tilba and Central Tilba - beautiful quaint area inland from Narooma, with lots of wee shops run by old very grumpy people.  It was beautiful but disappointing in that aspect.

Camel Rock

Poor wee dead penguin, probably from Montague Island!

Bermagui approx. 30 km south of Narooma - Blue Rock Pool by the sea
