School Holidays with Poh Poh...

Mom was here for a two week visit!  The girls were extactic, especially Fiona.  She couldn't stop laughing and giggling when she saw her poh poh.  The girls took turns sleeping with their poh poh.  Lucky for Mom!!  We got to enjoy some good ole home cooked Chinese meals - congee, tea eggs, home made gyoza.  It was fantastic!!  The two weeks went by very quickly!!  Unfortunately for Mom the weather was horrific.  It rained every day that she was here!!!  Even though it didn't pour every day, some part of each day was wet.   We spent alot of time out and about and in the car alot!  We hope Mom had as good of a time as we did!!  We miss her lots!

Bankstown - according to Uncle Chris, An has the best Vietnamese beef noodles in Sydney.  It was very good but a good 45 minute drive away!!

Paddington Markets was all that and more.   The markets are held every Saturday from 10 - 4.  There are more than 250 stalls selling unique and handmade goods.  Luckily there was a great playarea for the kids.  We also went to Max Brenner for some banana bread and chocolate spread.

Bronte Beach for ONE hour.  We arrive when there was blue skies and within an hour it was POURing!  We ended up at upscale Bondi Junction Westfield mall for lunch and a browse.
